YouthCare’s Orion Center offers a range of services to homeless and at-risk youth in downtown Seattle - from meals and showers to education and employment training programs. PAO Structural provided structural engineering services for the retrofit of an existing building, including a new mezzanine of wood and steel construction. The project was designed by Miller Hayashi Architects.
