Martinez Opera Contra Costa is committed to the realization of the Contra Costa County Cultural Plan, prepared by the Arts and Culture commission of Contra Costa County, which emphisies the importance of arts education, outreach , advocacy and communication. Martinez Opera Contra Costa also recognizes the arts as an emerging potent force in the ecomomic life of cities and rural areas and embracess the restoration and revitalization of communities through the arts, by bringing about a cultural renaissance in the County which will unite communities and create economic opportunity. |
